At Old National Insurance we offer a broad selection of benefits to meet the unique needs of each of our associates.

Health and Wellness

• Medical Plan Options – Old National Insurance offers employees several Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans to choose from and contributes a significant portion of the premium amount for eligible associates.
• Dental and Vision Insurance – Full-time and eligible part-time associates may choose vision insurance and either Premier or Basic dental plans.
• Flexible Spending Accounts – Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) allow full-time associates to set aside pre-tax dollars to cover various types of eligible expenses including healthcare and dependent care. FSAs are not subject to federal, state or Social Security taxes.
• Basic Life and AD&D Insurance – Basic life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance is provided for full-time associates at one times their annual salary. Eligible part-time associates also receive basic life insurance coverage. Supplemental life, dependent life and accident insurance is available for purchase.

Paid Time Off

• Vacation Time – New full-time associates may qualify for one to three weeks of vacation time. Eligible part-time associates may qualify for up to 32 hours of vacation annually.
• Holidays – Old National observes several national holidays each calendar year. Eligible associates receive holiday pay.
• Sick Leave – Paid sick leave is available to eligible associates for periods of temporary absence due to personal or family member illness or injury.
• Bereavement Leave – Eligible associates are granted paid leave upon the death of certain family members.
• Personal Time – Full-time non-exempt associates may use eight hours of personal time each year.
• Jury Duty – Associates are encouraged to fulfill their civic responsibility by serving jury duty when required. Eligible associates will receive regular pay while serving jury duty.
• Short-term and Long-term Disability – Old National provides short-term and long-term disability benefits, at no cost, to full-time associates who are unable to work because of a qualifying medical disability.

Retirement

All associates are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan beginning on the first of the month following one month of employment. We encourage all associates to participate in this company-sponsored retirement plan and offer a wide variety of investment options through our partners at The Principal Financial Group.
